文章结合包神铁路公司的实际情况,就目前全国普遍存在的煤荒问题,说明包神铁路公司只有采取内部挖潜的一系列运输生产组织措施,才能在一定程度上缓解这一现象。
Combining with the actual situation of Baoshen Railway Company, this article shows that Baoshen Railway Company can only alleviate this phenomenon to a certain degree only by taking a series of measures to tap the internal potential of Baoshen Railway Company.
