由西北工业大学与四川省电子计算机应用研究中心联合研制生产的火炬计划项目“MD3905机器设备状态监测与故障诊断网络系统”在四川化工总厂国产化20万吨合成氨装置中的关键设备安装并稳定运行近半年,在状态监测与故障诊断中发挥了重要作用。该系统已于1992年12月连同国产化20万吨合成氨装置一道通过国家验收,成为在大型装置中投入运行的第一套局域网络化的状态监测与故障诊断系统。
The Northwest Polytechnic University and Sichuan Provincial Center for Computer Application Research jointly developed and produced the torch project “MD3905 Machinery and Equipment Status Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Network System” in Sichuan Chemical Plant of localization of 200,000 tons of ammonia plant installation and stability of key equipment installed For nearly six months, it has played an important role in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. The system was approved by the state along with the 200,000 tons of ammonia plant made in China in December 1992 and became the first set of local area network condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system put into operation in large-scale installations.
