目的 了解苯那普利对２型糖尿病患者血脂及胰岛素敏感性的作用。方法 应用苯那普利对２型糖尿病患者４５例进行干预治疗８周前后作自身对照。结果 应用苯那普利后２型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无显著变化，而甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂蛋白（ａ）均较治疗前明显降低，胰岛素敏感性显著增强。结论２型糖尿病患者应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂有助于改善脂代谢紊乱及增加胰岛素敏感性。
Objective To investigate the effects of benazepril on the blood lipid and insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Benazepril 45 cases of type 2 diabetes patients intervention intervention before and after 8 weeks as a control.
