地方港口协会是各地区港口行业的中介组织,虽然其规模小、组织机构简单、协会工作人员少,但与港口企业联系紧密,能直接了解或办理挂靠单位的协会事务,与同行业协会有着广泛的交流。同时工作贴近港口企业实际,及时反映企业诉求。做好地方港口协会工作能产生社团组织的叠加效验,并能弥补规模协会覆盖面的空白。努力推进地区港口协会工作,能更有效地发挥行业社团的中介作用。
