2002年9月1日国家正式出台了《医疗事故处理条例》和《医疗机构病历管理规定》,随着公众法律意识的增强,医疗保险制度的实施和深入,病案的借阅和使用越来越多,范围也越来越广,病案如何及时、准确、完整的归档和归档入库后的安全管理在新形势下必须提到议事日程上来。为积极配合《新条例》顺利实施,进一步做好病案归档后管理工作,现将我们工作中的实践、体会和几点建议归纳如下,供同行参考。
On September 1, 2002, the state officially promulgated the Regulations on the Handling of Medical Accidents and the Regulations on Medical Records Management. With the increase of public awareness of the law, the implementation and in-depth implementation of the medical insurance system, more and more medical records are being borrowed and used. The scope is also becoming wider and wider. The timely, accurate, complete archiving and archiving of postmortem medical records must be mentioned on the agenda in the new situation. In order to actively cooperate with the smooth implementation of the “New Regulations” and further improve the management of medical records after archiving, we now summarize the practices, experiences, and suggestions of our work as follows for reference by peers.
