采用饱和吸收三次谐波检测方法,在微型Nd:YVO4倍频激光器调谐范围内,观测到碘分子超精细结构光谱,用该光谱信号实现了激光频率的锁定.锁定误差信号分析表明:微型Nd:YV04倍频激光器在532 nm处频率稳定度有可能达到3.0×10-13(1 S积分时间).
The third harmonic detection method of saturation absorption was used to observe the ultrafine structure spectrum of iodine molecule in the tuning range of the miniature Nd: YVO4 doublet laser, and the laser frequency was locked by using the spectrum signal.The analysis of locking error signal showed that the micro Nd: YV04 frequency doubled laser at 532 nm frequency stability may reach 3.0 × 10-13 (1 S integration time).
