校企合作是我国高职教育发展的必然趋势,同时也是我国高职教育培养技术型人才的主要途径。与企业进行合作,高校教育能够充分了解社会对人才的需求,更有针对性地进行人才培养。其中,艺术设计专业更需要与企业合作,了解社会艺术设计的发展趋势,跟随时代的潮流,培养专业性高、应用性强的设计人才。对于我国高职职业教育来说,高校应该尽快建立校企合作模式,创建人才培养基地,调整教学模式,更新教学方法,完善课程结构,满足社会对人才的需求。
The cooperation between school and enterprise is the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education in our country, and also the main way to cultivate skilled talents in our country’s higher vocational education. Cooperate with enterprises, college education can fully understand the social demand for talent, more targeted personnel training. Among them, the art and design professionals need to cooperate with enterprises, understand the development trend of social art and design, follow the trend of the times, and cultivate highly specialized and applied design talents. For vocational education in higher vocational colleges in China, colleges and universities should establish as soon as possible the mode of school-enterprise cooperation, create a talent training base, adjust the teaching mode, update teaching methods, improve the curriculum structure and meet the society’s demand for talent.
