目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞移植对于哮喘小鼠气道炎症以及气道重塑的影响。方法:选60只小白鼠分为A组支气管哮喘小鼠气道重构模型组、B组MSC处理组、C组对照组。3组小鼠采取不同的处理方式。结果:A、B、C组的CD4+、CD25+调节性T细胞占淋巴细胞的比例对比为:与C组相比,A组的比例显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与A组相比,B组比例显著提高(P=0.01),但比C组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨髓间充质干细胞移植可以有效减轻哮喘小鼠气道炎症、缓解气道重塑程度。
Objective: To investigate the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on airway inflammation and airway remodeling in asthmatic mice. Methods: Sixty mice were divided into group A, model group of airway remodeling of bronchial asthma, group B, MSC group and group C, control group. 3 groups of mice to take a different approach. Results: The proportion of CD4 +, CD25 + regulatory T cells in lymphocytes in groups A, B and C was significantly lower than that in group C (P <0.05). Compared with group A, the proportion of group B was significantly increased (P = 0.01), but lower than that of group C, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation can effectively relieve airway inflammation and ameliorate airway remodeling in asthmatic mice.
