采用电阻法在线测量谷物干燥过程中的实时水分,针对测量信号质量差采用测频电路进行测量信号的阻-频转换,对于谷物水分强温度依赖性和测量本构非线性,应用基于单片机的智能数据融合方法和智能非线性处理算法,所构建的水分测量系统克服了传统电阻法水分测量误差大、信号抗干扰能力和传输性差、测量数据的温度影响大以及硬件非线性电路处理能力差等方面缺陷,具有测量精度高、测量适应性强、信号质量好、测量装置结构简单等优点。
