依赖于Smad的转化生长因子(TGF)β信号通路中各重要组成部分的异常与肿瘤血管生成、上皮间质转化、免疫逃逸相关,而这些因素促进了结直肠癌的发生、发展。阻断依赖于Smad的TGFβ信号通路可用于结直肠癌的临床治疗。本文综述依赖于Smad的TGFβ信号通路以及其与结直肠癌之间的联系。
The abnormalities of various important components in the TGF-β signaling pathway that depend on Smad are associated with tumor angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and immune escape, and these factors promote the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Blocking the Smad-dependent TGFβ signaling pathway can be used for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer. This review summarizes the TGFβ signaling pathway that depends on Smad and its association with colorectal cancer.
