【目的】 观察单纯性肥胖儿童瘦素水平变化 ,探讨其与血脂代谢的关系。 【方法】 单纯性肥胖儿童及对照组各 3 0例。两组儿童均测量身高、体重 ,计算体质指数。采用放射免疫分析法检测两组儿童血清瘦素 (lep tin)、酶比色法测血甘油三酯 (triglyceride ,TG)、胆固醇 (cholesterol,Tch) ,用磷钨酸 镁法测血高密度脂蛋白 (highdensi tylipoprotein ,HDL C) ,通过公式LDL =|TG/ 5 +HDL TG |计算血低密度脂蛋白 (lowdensitylipoprotein ,LDL C)等血脂指标。对两组儿童的瘦素、血脂分别进行t检验 ,并进行相关性分析。 【结果】 肥胖组儿童的瘦素、血脂水平明显升高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。相关性分析显示肥胖组瘦素与体块指数、体表面积 ,血脂存在正相关关系。 【结论】 肥胖组儿童存在高瘦素血症、瘦素抵抗现象 ;瘦素抵抗可能间接地在心血管系统疾病、血脂紊乱中有一定作用。
【Objective】 To observe the change of leptin level in simple obesity children and to explore its relationship with the lipid metabolism. 【Methods】 Simple obesity children and control group of 30 cases. Two groups of children were measured height, weight, body mass index calculation. The levels of serum leptin, triglyceride (TG) and cholesterol (Tch) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Plasma high-density lipoprotein High density lipoprotein (HDL C) was calculated by the formula LDL = | TG / 5 + HDL TG | Leptin and serum lipids of two groups of children were respectively tested by t test and correlation analysis. 【Results】 The results showed that the levels of leptin and lipids in obese children were significantly higher than those in obese children (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that obesity group, leptin and body mass index, body surface area, there is a positive correlation between blood lipids. 【Conclusion】 There is hyperleptinemia and leptin resistance in obese children. Leptin resistance may indirectly play a role in cardiovascular diseases and dyslipidemia.
