目的检测分析医用加速器有用线束外X射线泄漏辐射剂量水平。方法以27台加速器为检测研究对象,采用热释光剂量计(TLD)元件布点测量,依据国家相关标准进行分析评价。结果所测加速器有用线束外X射线泄漏辐射水平符合国家标准要求:限束装置漏射线率范围为0.40%~1.51%;距靶中心1 m处最大有用线束的漏射率范围为0.10%~0.48%;垂直有用线束中心轴半径为2 m圆平面内X线漏射率范围为0.05%~0.19%(最大)和0.03%~0.09%(平均)。结论每台加速器的X射线泄漏辐射水平各异,加强每台加速器的质量控制检测是非常必要的。
Objective To detect and analyze the radiation dose level of X-ray leakage outside the useful harness of medical accelerator. Methods Twenty-seven accelerators were used as test objects. The devices were measured by TLD and analyzed according to relevant national standards. Results The measured X-ray leakage radiation level of useful harness outside the accelerator line conformed to the requirements of national standards: the leakage rate range of the beam limiting device was 0.40% ~ 1.51%; the leakage rate of the maximum useful wiring harness at the distance of 1 m from the target center was 0.10% -0.48 %; The radius of the central axis of the vertical useful beam is 2 m. The X-ray leakage rate in the circular plane ranges from 0.05% to 0.19% (maximum) and 0.03% to 0.09% (average). Conclusion Each X-ray accelerator has different levels of radiation leakage and it is necessary to enhance the quality control testing of each accelerator.
