锥形短桩是在普通预制方桩的基础上改革而成的,其断面呈圆形或多边形,尤以正方形断面的锥形桩制作最简便。近年我公司做了砂土地基上锥形桩基的荷载试验,并进行了住宅楼锥形桩基设计和施工。工程实践表明,这种短桩具有明显的优越性。一、锥形桩的设计原理锥形桩由于其特有的外形,因而在下桩过程中,桩的锥形侧面向桩周围的土壤传递打桩能量。实际上,下桩过程就是对桩周围土壤进行局部而有效的地基加固处理过程,使地基土的塑性变形大部分趋于完成,使土壤在桩的周围形成了一个压缩的密实区域,

Design Principle of Tapered Pile Because of its unique shape, the cone-shaped pile transmits pile driving energy to the soil around the pile in the process of pile down. In fact, the down-piling process is a local and effective ground reinforcement treatment process for the soil around the pile, so that most of the plastic deformation of the foundation soil tends to be completed, so that the soil forms a compact and compact area around the pile.
