本文分析了我国公共部门人力资源管理中激励机制缺失的表现,提出机制重构的三点策略,即深化人事制度改革,实施全面薪酬战略和完善绩效考核体系。
This article analyzes the performance of incentive mechanism in the public sector human resources management in our country, and puts forward three strategies to reconstruct the mechanism, that is deepening the reform of personnel system, implementing the comprehensive salary strategy and perfecting the performance appraisal system.
