目的建立小型猪可复性肺不张模型的实验方法。方法雄性实验用中国小型猪12只,随机分成肺不张组(A组,6只)和肺复张组(R组,6只)。麻醉后经纤支镜经在右主支气管下端置入镍钛合金封堵器,R组在形成肺不张后再次纤支镜下取出封堵器,置入和取出封堵器后每3 d CT扫描观察肺不张形成和复张的情况变化,A组在确定肺不张的第3 d处死,R组在肺不张3 d取出封堵器后的2周时处死实验猪。结果 A组呈典型的肺不张病理学及CT改变,R组肺不张改变明显减轻,趋向正常。结论小型猪纤支镜下右下肺置入/收回封堵器可建立可复性肺不张模型。
Objective To establish an experimental method of refolding atelectasis model in miniature pigs. Methods Twelve Chinese miniature pigs were randomly divided into atelectasis group (group A, n = 6) and pulmonary reexpansion group (n = 6). After anesthesia by bronchoscopy in the right main bronchus into the nickel-titanium alloy occluder, R group in the formation of atelectasis again under bronchoscopy remove the occluder, placement and removal of the occluder every 3 d CT scanning was performed to observe the changes of atelectasis and atelectasis. In group A, the rats were sacrificed on the third day of atelectasis and in experimental group R, the experimental pigs were sacrificed two weeks after the occlusion of the atelectasis 3 days. Results A group of typical atelectasis pathology and CT changes, R group atelectasis significantly reduced, the trend of normal. Conclusion Miniature pig bronchoscopy under the right lower lung insertion / retraction occluder can establish a model of atelectasis atelectasis.
