Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the application of the inquiry learning method of junior high school history has won the attention of the vast majority of history teachers. Teaching practice shows that through effective inquiry learning, students ’awareness and ability of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems are improved, and students’ understanding of historical knowledge is more profound and comprehensive. So, what are the effective countermeasures to apply inquiry learning in the history teaching of junior high school? In this paper, the author combines the teaching practice and explores the following aspects. First, to create a problem situation, to stimulate interest in exploring interest is the inner power of human exploration of any knowledge, and most stimulate students interest in learning, often some students know little about but full of suction
