对宁夏引黄灌区主要稻作县所采集分离的176个有效单孢菌株标样,应用全国统一鉴别品种研究表明,宁夏猪瘟病菌生理小种包括8群18个生理小种,以ZF_1小种出现频率最高,其次是ZC_1和ZE_1小种。结合在宁夏辅助鉴别品种上的致病性反应,可以划分为NF_1-Ⅱ_1、NG_1-Ⅲ和ZF_2-Ⅱ_1等31个宁夏小种,并提出宁夏小种命名方案。宁夏大面积种植品种京引39号上的小种组成类群比较复杂。由于宁夏黄灌区稻作面积小,各县品种布局基本相同,小种区系的地区性差异很小。
176 effective monosomycete samples collected from major rice producing areas in Yellow River Irrigation Area of Ningxia were studied. The results of the research on the identification of the same species in the whole country showed that 8 physiological races of 8 strains and 8 minor races The highest frequency appeared, followed by ZC_1 and ZE_1 races. Combined with the pathogenic reaction in assortative identification of Ningxia, it could be divided into 31 Ningxia races such as NF_1-Ⅱ_1, NG_1-Ⅲ and ZF_2-Ⅱ_1, and raccoon naming scheme was proposed. Ningxia planted on a large area Jingyin No. 39 on the races of more complex species groups. Due to the small area of paddy rice in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area, the distribution of cultivars in all counties is basically the same, and the regional differences of races are very small.
