本校在前四届毕业生中开展了为期 2个月的毕业生就业前职业技能培训 ,内容包括 :印刷包装、工艺美术、缝纫、理发、手工饰品的制作、自行车修理等。结果表明 :准备式就业教育模式 ,不但在理论上可行 ,而且在实际运用中既对毕业前聋生进行了系统性地劳动技能训练 ,而且培养了聋生就业前良好的择业心态 ,取得了较好的经济和社会效应 ,对毕业生进入社会后择业、就业产生了积极有益的影响 ,真正使其成为“能自食其力 ,服务于社会的有用型残疾人才”。
The school held a two-month pre-employment vocational training program for the first four graduates, including printing and packaging, arts and crafts, sewing, barber, making of handmade jewelry and bicycle repair. The results show that the mode of preparative employment education is not only theoretically feasible, but also in practice, it not only exercises systematic skills training for deaf students prior to graduation, but also cultivates the good career mentality of deaf students before employment, Good economic and social effects have had a positive and beneficial impact on graduates’ employment and employment after they entered the society, making them truly useful disabled persons capable of serving their own needs and serving the community.
