目的:对本科实施中的脑梗死中西医结合临床路径进行初步评价,为脑梗死的中西医结合诊疗方案的优化研究和临床路径的制定提供可靠的依据。方法:将脑梗死患者200例分为2组各100例,其中实施脑梗死急性期诊疗路径的病例资料纳入路径组,未实施路径的病例资料纳入传统组。对比2组美国国立卫生研究院制订的卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、BI(Barthel Index)评分、住院费用、患者满意度。结果:与传统组比较,路径组在治疗90天后BI评分及患者满意度方面均优于传统组(P<0.05),而在治疗第14天NIHSS评分及单病种费用方面2组间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:实施的中西医结合临床路径对脑梗死治疗效果理想,患者接受程度高,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical pathways of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for cerebral infarction undergraduate course, and to provide a reliable basis for the optimized study and clinical path planning of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in cerebral infarction. Methods: Two hundred patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups of 100 cases. Case data of pathological diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction were included in the path group, and pathological data of the unadopted pathology were included in the traditional group. The NIHSS scores, Barthel Index (BI), hospitalization costs, and patient satisfaction were compared between two groups of NIH. Results: Compared with the traditional group, the pathological group was better than the traditional group in BI score and patient satisfaction after 90 days treatment (P <0.05), while in the NIHSS score and single disease cost on the 14th day, There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical path of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is ideal for the treatment of cerebral infarction. The patients are highly accepted and worthy of promotion.
