乳品是大多数人们生活中必不可缺少的一种营养品,因而,对于乳品的质量要求同样也不断提高。所以,近年来无公害乳品全程质量控制的研究备受业界广大研究人士的关注。主要阐述了无公害乳品全程质量控制模式,分析了实施无公害乳品全程质量控制的技术措施,并对实施无公害乳品全程质量控制的重点在“产地准出”和“市场准入”两个环节的建设进行了一定的探索,旨在为提高我国在无公害乳品方面的全程质量控制而提出一些有价值的参考意见。
