[目的]了解不同性别伤害病例在伤害发生时间、发生原因、发生意图以及伤害临床信息等方面的差异,为开展针对性的伤害干预提供依据。[方法]对米易县2006~2007年监测哨点医院报告首诊的14993例伤害病例资料进行分析。[结果]2006~2007年合计报告伤害病例14 993例。其中,男性10388例,占69.29%;女性4605例,占30.71%。不同性别病例伤害发生时间分布无差异(P>0.05);不同性别伤害发生地点与发生时的活动不同(P<0.01)。中毒、动物伤所占比例,女性分别为9.47%、8.17%,男性分别为3.56%、5.62%;自残/自杀所占比例,女性为5.80%,男性为1.31%。中度、重度伤害所占比例,女性分别为28.38%、3.28%,男性分别为30.78%、2.56%(P<0.01)。伤后4 h内就诊者所占比例,女性为66.34%,男性为70.42%(P<0.01)。[结论]不同性别人群发生伤害的特点不同,开展伤害干预时应各有侧重。
[Objective] To understand the differences in the time of injury, the causes, the intention of occurrence and the clinical information of injuries among different gender injury cases and provide basis for carrying out targeted injury intervention. [Method] The data of 14 993 cases of injuries first reported in the monitoring sentinel hospital from 2006 to 2007 in Miyi County were analyzed. [Results] A total of 14 993 cases of injuries were reported from 2006 to 2007. Of these, 10,388 were male, accounting for 69.29%; and 4605 were female, accounting for 30.71%. There was no significant difference in the time distribution of injury between different genders (P> 0.05). The incidence of different genders was different from that at the time of occurrence (P <0.01). The proportions of poisoning and animal injuries were 9.47% and 8.17% for women and 3.56% and 5.62% for men respectively. The proportion of self-mutilation / suicide was 5.80% for women and 1.31% for men. The proportion of moderate and severe injuries was 28.38% and 3.28% for women and 30.78% and 2.56% for men (P <0.01). The proportion of patients within 4 h after injury was 66.34% in women and 70.42% in men (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The characteristics of the injuries among different sex groups are different. Each injury should be focused on.
