许多内分泌肿瘤具有高密度的生长抑素受体表达,故可用同位素标记的合成生长抑素同类物来结合这些受体,根据这一原理设计的生长抑素受体闪烁显像图(SRS)可对胃肠内分泌肿瘤作出定位.生长抑素同类物(五曲肽,pentatreotid)用铟标记,注入人体后4小时和21~24小时取γ照相机作全身扫描.作者在9例各种胃肠内分泌肿瘤作了术前SRS定位,其结果并与超声和CT扫描以及术中发现进行了比较.在9例内分泌肿瘤中,8例对原发病灶作了定位,其中3例还对转移灶作了定位,1例仅定位转移病灶,各种检查的结果如下表:
Many endocrine tumors have high density of somatostatin receptor expression, so they can be combined with isotopically labeled synthetic somatostatin congeners to bind these receptors. Somatostatin receptor scintigraphy (SRS) designed based on this principle can be used. Localization of gastrointestinal endocrine tumors. Somatostatin analogues (pentatreotid) are labeled with indium and injected into the human body for 4 hours and 21-24 hours for gamma camera for whole body scanning.
