以“低能耗、低排放、低污染”为主要特征的低碳经济涉及节能减排、能源结构调整、产业升级、公众意识与消费模式转变等多方面重要的问题,已成为世界经济发展的一大潮流。该文在分析当前世界各国,特别是不同的利益集团发展低碳经济的动向、趋势以及我国采取的政策措施的同时,还介绍了国际大型跨国石油公司应对低碳经济的思路、对策和举措,并就中国石油集团如何发展低碳经济提出了相关建议。
Low-carbon economy featuring “low energy consumption, low emission and low pollution” is an important issue in various fields such as energy saving and emission reduction, energy structure adjustment, industrial upgrading, public awareness and transformation of consumption patterns and has become the world’s economic development A big trend. This article analyzes the trends, trends and the policies and measures adopted by all countries in the world, especially the different interest groups in developing low-carbon economy. At the same time, it also introduces the ideas, countermeasures and measures of international large-scale multinational oil companies in coping with low-carbon economy. And made some suggestions on how CNPC should develop a low-carbon economy.
