目的:观察犀角地黄汤对大鼠脑出血急性期脑组织Bc l-2、半胱氨酰天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶-3(caspase-3)、血肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响。方法:以自体血制作大鼠脑出血模型,采用免疫组织化学和放射免疫法检测大鼠脑出血急性期脑组织Bc l-2,caspase-3阳性细胞数,血TNF-,αIL-6的表达。结果:造模后72 h,模型组caspase-3阳性细胞数、TNF-,αIL-6的表达明显高于正常组、假手术组;犀角地黄汤各剂量组caspase-3阳性细胞数、TNF-α及IL-6的表达明显低于模型组,Bc l-2阳性细胞数明显高于模型组。结论:犀角地黄汤可能通过减少细胞凋亡、抑制炎症,对脑出血后的继发性神经元损伤起保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Xijiao Decoction on the expression of Bcl-2, caspase-3, and TNF-α in the brain of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. The effect of interleukin-6 (IL-6) expression. Methods: The model of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats was made with autologous blood. The expression of Bcl-2, caspase-3 positive cells and the expression of blood TNF-, αIL-6 in brain tissue of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage were detected by immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay. . RESULTS: At 72 h after modeling, the number of caspase-3 positive cells, TNF-α, and IL-6 expression in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group and the sham operation group; the number of caspase-3 positive cells and TNF- The expression of α and IL-6 was significantly lower than that of the model group. The number of Bcl-2 positive cells was significantly higher than that of the model group. Conclusion: Xijiaodihuang Decoction may protect the secondary neurons after cerebral hemorrhage by reducing apoptosis and inhibiting inflammation.
