白象山选矿厂主厂房精选工艺为细筛—淘洗机选别,由于磁选机选别精矿粒度-0.074 mm粒级含量达到87%,使用高频细筛分级,存在分级效率低,淘洗机提精效果较差的问题。为提高细筛分级效率,稳定各项选别指标,白象山选矿厂采取了增加斜板分级机和浓缩磁选机,及优化细筛筛孔尺寸等解决措施。实践表明:通过工艺优化,高频细筛的分级效率由原来的45.85%提高到66.21%,降低了2段球磨负荷,解决了过磨现象,提高了产能,同时使精矿品位稳定在64%以上。

Practice shows that: through the process optimization, the classification efficiency of high-frequency fine sieve increased from 45.85% to 66.21%, reducing the load of 2-stage ball mill, over-grinding phenomenon was solved and productivity was increased, while the concentrate grade was stabilized at 64% the above.
