1 病例报告患者女,43岁,因停经75天、不规则阴道流血46天,下腹痛21天于1995—11—16入院。末次月经后1个多月有轻微恶心、厌食等早孕反应,无呕吐。1995—10—01无诱因出现阴道流血,为月经量的2/3,7天干净。10天后再次出现阴道流血,暗红色,量极少,淋漓不断,于1995—10—25出现下腹部隐痛,以右下腹为著。到当地医院就诊,行诊刮术,刮出物不详,未送病理检查。术后持续阴道淋漓流血,时多时少,多时多于月经量,而来我院就诊。
A case report Female, 43 years old, due to menopause 75 days, irregular vaginal bleeding 46 days, 21 days of lower abdominal pain in 1995-11-16 admission. More than 1 month after the last menstrual period with slight nausea, anorexia and other early pregnancy reaction, no vomiting. No cause of vaginal bleeding, for the menstrual volume 2/3, 7 days clean. Vaginal bleeding again after 10 days, dark red, the amount of very little, dripping constantly, appeared in the lower abdomen in 1995-10-25 pain, to the right lower abdomen. To the local hospital for treatment, curettage surgery, scraping unknown, did not send the pathological examination. Continuous vaginal bleeding after surgery, when more and less, more than the amount of menstruation, and came to our hospital.
