目的探讨转移相关蛋白1(MTA1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术和免疫组织化学法检测97例NSCLC组织(A组)及其相应癌旁组织(B组)MTA1的表达。结果 A组MTA1mRNA及蛋白表达水平均高于B组(P<0.01),腺癌MTA1的表达高于鳞癌(P<0.01),MTA1的表达与NSCLC的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.01)。结论 MTA1在NSCLC组织中表达上调,可能参与了NSCLC的发生发展及转移。
Objective To investigate the expression of metastasis associated protein 1 (MTA1) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MTA1 in 97 cases of NSCLC (group A) and its corresponding paracancerous tissues (group B) was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of MTA1 mRNA and protein in group A was higher than that in group B (P <0.01). The expression of MTA1 in adenocarcinoma was higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.01). The expression of MTA1 was correlated with lymph node metastasis in NSCLC (P <0.01). Conclusion MTA1 is upregulated in NSCLC tissues and may be involved in the development and metastasis of NSCLC.
