[案情] 齐某为某装备公司职工,1997年3月,齐某与某装备公司签订为期10年的劳动合同,并担任销售科副科长职务。2001年1月,装备公司免去齐某销售科副科长的职务。次日,齐某致函装备公司称:自己的工作能力不强,请求公司允许调离本公司,手续可随时办理。同时未再到该公司上班。2001年2月,装备公司向齐某下发通知,要求其于2月28日前将所居住的装备公司宿舍退还,否则将按有关规定处理。同月23日,齐某向装备公司递交了北京市人才交流中心商调函一份。同月27日,齐某以本人于2月26日发现患晚
