一、材料与方法1.供试材料苦瓜净种子。2.试验设计实验采用了4种不同浸种时间对苦瓜种子催芽,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复50粒种子,以未进行浸种催芽的苦瓜种子作为对照。3.试验方法样品选用随机取样的方法进行取样,每处理200粒种子。处理因素为:浸种温度(55℃的温水)浸种时间:12、24、36、48小时。用具采用高压锅蒸煮30分钟消毒,将种子均匀放置于培养皿内55℃的温水中,在25℃的发芽箱内进行催芽。二、管理与记载
