目的观察口腔科中使用优质服务护理理念的效果,以便了解其在口腔科中的应用价值。方法将医院收治的口腔科患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用优质服务护理,观察2组患者护理前后知识掌握情况、心理需求满足程度、护理效果与护理态度满意度等。结果护理后,观察组知识掌握情况、心理需求满足程度好于对照组(P<0.05);护理结束后,观察组护理效果及护理态度总体满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口腔科护理工作中采用优质服务理念具备较佳的效果,且可以更好满足患者的心理需求,具备较高的应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of using the concept of quality service nursing in dentistry in order to know its application value in dentistry. Methods A total of 110 cases of stomatology admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. In the control group, the routine nursing method was used. The observation group was treated with excellent service nursing. The knowledge of the patients in the two groups before and after the nursing was observed, the satisfaction of the psychological needs, the nursing effect and satisfaction of nursing attitude were observed. Results After nursing, the knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). After the end of nursing, the nursing effect and overall satisfaction of nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The concept of quality service in dental care work has better effect and can better meet the psychological needs of patients with high application value.
