精确测量的航空发动机转速信号是航空发动机控制系统及故障诊断的重要依据。首先介绍了目前常用的航空发动机转速信号的测量方法-直接测频法并对该方法误差进行了分析;其次根据航空发动机工作时的转速变化特性,详细描述了通过Hilbert变换求取瞬时频率来测量转速的方法,并对该方法的端点效应问题进行了处理;最后通过仿真发动机一个转速上升过程,计算得出瞬时频率(转速)及误差大小。结果表明,该方法对航空发动机转速测量可行。
Accurately measured aeroengine speed signal is an important basis for aeroengine control system and fault diagnosis. First of all, the commonly used method of measuring the speed signal of aeroengine, the direct frequency measurement method, is introduced firstly, and the error of the method is analyzed. Secondly, according to the variation characteristics of the rotational speed of the aeroengine during operation, the instantaneous frequency is calculated by Hilbert transform Speed method, and the endpoint effect of the method were dealt with. Finally, by simulating a process of engine speed up, the instantaneous frequency (speed) and the error size were calculated. The results show that this method is feasible for aeroengine speed measurement.
