本文用蚕豆根尖细胞微粒技术测定两种化学消毒剂对生物体的潜在遗传毒性,并用小鼠骨髓细胞微核作对比,两种方法测定的结果有一致的剂量效应关系,提示在处理病情施用消毒药物时,应考虑减少对环境的污染。蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验具有周期短、经济、简便且方法易于标准化等优点,是评价环境污柒物的较好方法。
