There are many mechanisms for the formation of slang, the most important of which are two ways: word formation and rhetorical devices. The former aims to separate, reconstruct and reorganize the standard vocabulary to form the slang vocabulary; the latter is to change and enrich the meaning of the vocabulary through various rhetorical devices or word games. In both ways, physical and chemical changes took place in French, creating a slang of imagination and sense of humor.
