子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)是妇科的多发病、常见病,其发病率有逐年增加的趋势,病因尚未完全明了,诊断缺少客观指标,部分病例常缺乏典型的临床表现,加之医生对本病缺乏应有的警惕性,因此误诊、漏诊病例颇多。为了深入了解本病病因及有关发病因素,努力寻找客观指标,以期减少本病的发生及提高确诊率,本文对我院妇科经手术病理证实的内异症116例临床资料进行分析,并就发病因素及临床诊断等问题加以讨论。
