现代电子称重技术已由单一的称量用途,延伸到生产过程和工艺流程等过程控制领域,特别是物流中各环节的自动检测和监控.电子称重用的设备又称电子衡器,它还涉及国内外贸易结算和广大消费者的利益,属国家强制管理的法制计量器具,也是国家重点管理的6种计量器具之一.称重传感器作为电子衡器的心脏,是称量信息采集系统的核心部件.因此,传感器性能的优劣或质量的高低,对整个称重控制系统起到重要的作用.
