目的：探讨社区干预对糖尿病患者治疗及生活质量的影响。方法通过社区筛查方法检出糖尿病患者307例，并随机分为两组。常规组不予以社区干预，而对研究组进行有组织、有计划地社区干预，随访跟踪12个月，比较两组患者各临床指标及生活质量的改变。结果干预12个月后，研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血压及体重指数均明显降低，同时生活质量明显改善，与常规组相比差异显著（P＜0.01）。结论社区干预对糖尿病的临床指标有着明显的改善作用，有利于患者生活质量的提高，值得大力推广。“,”Objective To explore the effect of community intervention on treatment and quality of life in patients with primary diabetes melitus. Methods Through community screening method 307 cases of diabetic patients were detected, and randomly divided into two groups. Regular group were not given community intervention, and organized, planned community intervention in the study group. With folow up 12 months, the change of the clinical indexes and quality of life of patients in two groups were compared. Results 12 months after the intervention, fasting blood glucose, meal 2H blood glucose, blood pressure and body mass index of patients in study group were significantly decreased, and the quality of life of patients improved significantly, compared with the normal group, there was significant different (P < 0.01). Conclusion Community intervention on diabetes significantly improve clinical indicators of patients, and it is conducive to the patients quality of life improved, and it is worth popularizing.
