本文介绍了在万能回转头铣床上进行铣削试验的结果,对铣削过程中产生的颤振类型进行了分析和判别,讨论了切削过程和机床结构对铣削稳定性的影响,并从抑制铣削颤振的角度提出了改进机床结构的意见。
In this paper, the results of milling tests on a universal rotary head milling machine are introduced. The type of flutter generated during milling is analyzed and discriminated. The influence of cutting process and machine tool structure on milling stability is discussed. Vibration point of view put forward to improve the structure of the machine.
