本文介绍了水稻、春小麦~(16)N 示踪试验中标记肥料~(15)N 丰度的选择及标记肥料~(15)N 丰度与质谱计精度的关系。试验结果表明:质谱计测量精度为0.1%时,水稻、春小麦示踪试验中标记肥料的~(15)N 适宜丰度为1%左右。同时得到了作物不同部位~(15)N 原子百分超与肥料~(15)N 丰度的关系公式。
In this paper, the selection of the abundance of labeled fertilizers ~ (15) N and the relationship between the ~ (15) N abundances of labeled fertilizers and the accuracy of mass spectrometers were introduced in rice and spring wheat ~ (16) N tracing experiments. The results showed that the appropriate abundance of ~ (15) N in labeled fertilizers for rice and spring wheat was about 1% when the accuracy of mass spectrometry was 0.1%. At the same time, the relationship between the ~ (15) N atomic percentage and the ~ (15) N abundance in different parts of the crop was obtained.
