通过对砷亚慢性实验中的大白兔血中原卟啉和尿中粪卟啉的观察,发现砷可引起大白兔体内卟啉代谢的异常改变,主要表现为血中原卟啉含量增高,且随染毒剂量的增加而有增加趋势;尿中粪卟啉含量也有增加。
Through the observation of protoporphyrin and urinary coproporphyrin in rabbits in arsenic subchronic experiment, it was found that arsenic could cause abnormal changes of porphyrin metabolism in rabbits, mainly as the increase of protoporphyrin in blood, The increase of toxic dose tends to increase; the content of coproporphyrin in urine also increases.
