针对多辊轴辅助高黏树脂熔融浸渍连续纤维的过程,基于达西定律、微元法及展开理论,建立了包含各影响因素的浸渍表达式。对所建立的表达式赋予实验条件进行计算,结果与已有实验结果吻合良好。理论分析表明:用辊轴法对纤维束进行分散,当多辊轴水平布置时,对纤维展开辅助作用比较小,应采用错位排列;辊轴个数增加,纤维张力增加(增加纤维断裂风险),宜采用3~5个辊轴。
According to the Darcy’s law, the micro-element method and the expansion theory, an impregnation expression containing various influencing factors was established for the process of melt-impregnating continuous fibers with the multi-roll auxiliary high viscous resin. The established expressions are given the experimental conditions for calculation, the results are in good agreement with the existing experimental results. The theoretical analysis shows that when the multi-roller shaft is horizontally arranged, the auxiliary effect on the fiber deployment is relatively small, and the misalignment arrangement should be adopted; the number of rollers increases and the fiber tension increases (increasing the fiber fracture risk) , Should adopt 3 to 5 rollers.
