展望21世纪人才要求,深入研究素质教育的真谛,在对以往学校德育反思的基础上,我们提出了学生自主管理、主动发展的德育新概念。一、自主管理、主动发展的理论基础在学校德育活动中,坚持学生自主管理,让学生主动发展的理论基础主要有两点:一是生本位。学生是学校的主人,学校因学生而存在,学校的一切活动是为了学生的全面发展。在教育教学活动中都应贯彻这一精神。生本位的教育理论,反映在我校德育理念上是“三个更多”的主张:学生是德育的对象也是德育的主体,学校应尽可能更多地为学生创设各种条件;让更多的学生参与投入德育活动;使他们在这些活动中取得更多的成功。也就是说,学校的一切德育工作都是为学生的思想政治、
