本实验采用甲状腺切除术遣成甲状腺机能低下(简称为甲低)阳虚兔模型,对该模型肝脏、胰腺、脾脏和胸腺等与物质、能量代谢或免疫功能关系密切的器官,进行组织形态学及组织化学观察。结果表明,甲状腺机能低下阳虚兔模型的上述器官,在形态结构上均有不同程度的病损改变;其肝细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)等酶活性的变化不明显,而RNA含量较高。在施行甲状腺切除术后服用温肾助阳中药的实验兔,上述器官形态结构上的损害程度减轻,肝糖元含量则增高。提示温肾助阳药对甲低阳虚兔的组织器官有一定的保护作用。
