1999年4月9日～14日。由中国机动车辆安全鉴定检测中心主办的“交通事故处理高级培训班”在云南省昆明市举行。中国机动车辆安全鉴定检测中心总经理王焕德、云南省交警总队副总队长马继延到会并讲了话。来自吉林、山西、内蒙古、贵州交警总队及重庆市交通局负责交通事故处理专业的领导和技术骨干,共计120多人参加了培训班。
April 9 to April 14, 1999 The “Advanced Training Course on Traffic Accident” organized by China Motor Vehicle Safety Assessment Testing Center was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Wang Huande, general manager of China Motor Vehicle Safety Testing Center, and Ma Jiyan, deputy commander of Yunnan Provincial Traffic Police Corps, arrived at the meeting and spoke. More than 120 leaders and technicians from Jilin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou Traffic Police Corps and Chongqing Bureau of Transportation responsible for traffic accident handling took part in the training course.
