生产实际中,厚度0.5~1.5 mm的30CrMnSiA冷轧板lamb探伤存在杂波问题。通过检验各项性能和用扫锚电镜检测金相组织等,对30CrMnSiA薄规格冷轧板探伤杂波原因进行了分析。研究发现:钢板在临界变形量范围内,经再结晶退火后晶粒异常长大,是产生探伤杂波的主要原因;通过两段高温(970℃+920℃)正火处理,可消除晶粒不均缺陷,且lamb探伤杂波消失。
