制备特异性的抗血清,是研究小麦黄矮病快速、微量血清学诊断检测技术的重要条件。我们在研究小麦黄矮病毒抽提纯化问题(《陕西农业科学》1981年第5期)的基础上,又进行了两个生物学分离物抗血清制备的试验。材料与方法一、抗原繁殖 1981年10月至1982年4月,在隔离防虫温室繁殖两批抗原材料,第一批为GPV(麦二叉蚜、禾谷缢蚜分离物),第二批为DAV(麦无网蚜、长管蚜分离物)。繁殖寄主小麦为郑引1号。在拔节始期,用生物学常规方法接种感染。室温15—20℃,并以镝灯增加光照
Preparation of specific antiserum is an important condition for the research of rapid and trace serological diagnosis of wheat yellow dwarf virus. On the basis of studying the extraction and purification of wheat yellow dwarf virus (“Shaanxi Agricultural Sciences”, 1981, No. 5), we conducted two experiments on antiserum preparation of biological isolates.
