青洲闽江大桥为钢-混凝土叠合梁斜拉桥,在运行过程中出现了橡胶支座磨损、滑板脱空和钢构件腐蚀等支座病害,需进行支座更换和维护。首先,采用了转角大(0.04rad)、耐磨性强的新型球形钢支座替代原盆式橡胶支座(0.01rad);其次,对全桥控制截面的应力和位移进行监控,考虑到支座顶升时斜拉索应力松弛加强了斜拉索索力变化的监测;最后,优化了支座更换顺序,采用了PLC多点同步顶升设备,进行了摩擦副设计以减小施工过程中的冲击作用,依据摩擦阻荷基本原理对0#墩T梁平移了20mm。
