当前,职业学院图书管理中所运用的管理方法陈旧落后,管理人员的职业素养和管理能力不高,无法为读者提供优质的服务,并且图书馆内的基础设施不完善,对于这一管理现状,职业学院与时俱进,创新管理模式,积极运用信息技术管理图书,实现图书信息共享,并对管理人员进行定期的考核和在职培训,不断提高管理人员的职业素养,从而取得最佳的管理效果。
At present, the management methods used in library management in vocational colleges are outmoded. The professional accomplishments and management abilities of managers are not high enough to provide readers with excellent services and the infrastructure in the library is not perfect. As for the status quo of this management, Vocational College advancing with the times, innovative management model, actively use information technology to manage books, books and information sharing, and management of regular assessment and on-the-job training and continuously improve the professionalism of managers, so as to achieve the best management results .
