本文在Bloom经济增长理论分析框架下建立地区承接产业转移模型,利用中部六省面板数据检验该模型,研究发现:在地区产业承接过程中,金融支持、科技创新以及劳动成本起到了较大作用。其中金融支持和科技创新对地区的产业承接起到的作用较为突出,地区劳动成本的影响相对较小;而经济规模、人力资源和聚集效应对地区产业承接有影响,但影响有限。
Based on Bloom’s theory of economic growth, this paper establishes a regional model to undertake industrial transfer and tests the model by using panel data of the six provinces in central China. The results show that financial support, technological innovation and labor cost have played a significant role in regional industrial undertaking. Among them, financial support and technological innovation play a more prominent role in industry undertaking in the region, while the impact of labor costs in the region is relatively small. However, economic scale, human resources and gathering effects have an impact on the undertaking of industries in the region, but with limited impact.
