目的进一步了解中国大陆柯萨奇病毒A组16型(coxsackievirus A16,CoxA16)毒株的变异情况和遗传进化规律,为手足口病的预防和控制奠定基础。方法对美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)中收录的分离自中国大陆的CoxA16毒株序列用DNAStar 5.0软件进行同源性比较、氨基酸变异分析及遗传进化分析。结果 CoxA16的A、B、C 3个基因型已全部在中国大陆出现过流行,近年来以B、C型为主;病毒进化比较保守,但与原型株已有较大差异,同一地区和时间分离的病毒同源性很高;2007年以来分离毒株数量明显增多,广东、甘肃、山东地区分离数量较多。结论 CoxA16相对保守,但已出现一定程度的变异。
Objective To further understand the variation and genetic evolution of coxsackievirus A16 (CoxA16) strain in mainland China and lay a foundation for the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods DNAStar 5.0 software was used for homology comparison, amino acid mutation analysis and genetic evolution analysis of CoxA16 strain isolated in mainland China collected from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Results The genotypes of A, B and C of CoxA16 were all prevalent in mainland China. In recent years, the genotypes B and C were predominant. The virus evolution was relatively conservative, but it was significantly different from that of the original strain. Conclusion CoxA16 is relatively conservative, but a certain degree of variation has appeared.
