目的本研究比较了粉体着色和渗透着色两种方法对氧化锆陶瓷及其与饰面瓷结合强度的影响。方法 KaVo?氧化锆采用VITALL1/LL5号染色液浸泡着色,TZ-3YS采用粉体机械混合着色氧化物的方法着色。采用最深(No.5色)和最浅(No.1色)两种颜色,未着色氧化锆样品为对照组,分别测试单层氧化锆及其与饰面瓷结合后的三点弯曲强度,用X射线衍射分析着色前后的晶相结构,并对材料断口进行扫描电镜观察。结果 KaVoTM氧化锆的两种着色与未着色组的单层样品组间及双层瓷样品组间的三点弯曲强度均没有明显差异;TZ-3YS氧化锆着色后强度有所下降,其中第5组与未着色及第1组强度差异有统计学意义,No.1色强度较未着色组略低,但强度差异没有统计学意义;两种氧化锆陶瓷饰瓷后双层瓷强度结构的弯曲强度均显著降低,且强度随着颜色深度的变化趋势与单层氧化锆组一致。不论单层还是双层瓷样品,KaVoTM氧化锆组的三点弯曲强度均明显高于TZ-3YS组的样品。X射线衍射分析显示两种着色氧化锆材料主晶相为四方相。结论机械混合粉体着色方法对氧化锆强度的影响较大,但两种着色并没有影响到氧化锆与饰面瓷的弯曲结合强度,在合理控制着色氧化物含量的情况下,两种着色方法均能够满足临床应用。
Purpose This study compared the effects of powder coloring and permeation coloring on the bond strength between zirconia ceramics and veneer porcelain. Methods KaVo? Zirconia was impregnated with VITALL1 / LL5 staining solution and TZ-3YS was shaded by powder mechanical mixing with coloring oxide. Using the two colors of the deepest (No.5 color) and the lightest (No.1 color), the uncolored zirconia samples were taken as the control group to test the three-point bending strength of single-layer zirconia and its combination with the veneer porcelain, X-ray diffraction analysis of the crystalline phase before and after the color structure, and the material fracture was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results There was no significant difference in the three-point bending strength between the two samples of KaVoTM zirconia and the uncoated samples and between the two samples. The intensity of TZ-3YS zirconium oxide decreased after coloration, There was a significant difference in the intensity of the group with the non-colored and the first group, the intensity of the No.1 color was slightly lower than that of the non-colored group, but there was no significant difference in the intensity between the two groups. The intensity is significantly reduced, and the intensity with the color depth of the trend and monolayer zirconia group. Three-point bending strength of KaVoTM zirconia group was significantly higher than that of TZ-3YS group, regardless of the single-layer or double-layer porcelain samples. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the main crystalline phases of the two colored zirconia materials are tetragonal phases. Conclusion The mechanical mixing powder coloring method has a great influence on the strength of zirconia. However, the two kinds of coloring do not affect the bending bonding strength of zirconia and veneer porcelain. Under the condition of controlling the content of colored oxide properly, All meet the clinical application.
